JCR 2021 metrics are now available!

The figures for 2021 have been published and are now available on the journal’s profile pages.

The analytical system Journal Citation Reports contains information on 20994 Web of Science Core Collection journals. Since July 2022, Journal Citation Reports contains information about scientific journals included in all sections (indices) of the Web of Science Core Collection:

Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) – Natural and Engineering Sciences

Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) – Social Sciences

Arts & Humanities Citation Index (AHCI) – Humanities and Arts

Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) – Multidisciplinary Index

For publications indexed in SCIE and / or SSCI, the impact factor (Journal Impact Factor – JIF) is calculated – an indicator of the influence of the publication.

For all journals, the Journal Citation Indicator (JCI) is calculated, a new metric that takes into account the normalized citation of each publication over a three-year period.

For publications with JIF and / or JCI, a quartile is determined for these indicators within a certain category.
