Abstracts: In response to the increased requirements for publications put forward by regulatory authorities, a large number of predatory journals have appeared that fraudulently use the principles of open access to mislead scientists, receive payment and publish either in weak editions or fake journals, causing significant damage to the reputation of the scientist,its organizations and countries.At the webinar, we will look at the main tricks used by predators and how to avoid mistakes when choosing a journal for publication

Topic Selection and analysis of a journal for publication (Web of Science, JCR, MJL)

Abstract At the webinar, we will analyze the signs of a good journal and clarify what the impact factor, Journal Citation Indicator, quartile is.We select and save lists of journals with the corresponding publication using: Web of Science Core Collection, Manuscript Matcher (Master Journal List), Journal Citation Reports.The duration of the webinar is 45 minutes.
