Beisembaeva Bayan Omarovna, graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, specializing in Information and Measurement Technology in 1992. Has been working in the library of KSTU since 1992. She started as a computer operator of the library and information processes sector, from 2006 to 2009 she worked as a deputy head of the library. In 2008 she graduated from the Karaganda State University. A.E. Buketov with a degree in Library Science and Bibliography. In January 2010, she was appointed director of the KSTU library.
