The Kazakhstan Virtual Science Library (VSL) provides an efficient way to search and access millions of full-text research articles. The website is accessible to faculty, students, researchers, laboratory technicians, and science and technology innovators working from their scientific institutions and universities. Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA), the Kazakhstan Virtual Science Library (VSL) is part of a larger program of technical consultations and trainings on, among other things, publishing in international journals and research proposal development. The program is implemented by CRDF Global in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science and the National Center for Scientific and Technological Information.
