Dear readers!
More than 300 Russian scientific journals have lost their status because they are excluded from Russian Science Citation Index. That was affirmed by Gennadiy Yeremenko, CEO of “Scientific electronic library” eLibrary.Ru, which is integrated with RSCI. RSCI is national bibliographical citation database, containing more than 9 million publications of Russian authors from more than 6 thousand Russian journals. The Index is an analytical instrument which allows assessment of performance of institutes, scientists and scientific journals.
