Theses: The 2026 issue of the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) provides the scientific community with reliable and transparent metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of journals and their scientific impact.
At the webinar, we will present the main points of JCR 2026, including key indicator updates, journal coverage, and analysis of changes in publication and citation models. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how JCR helps authors, editors, librarians, and research project managers make informed decisions, as well as best practices for responsible use of journal-level metrics, including the journal Impact Factor (JIF), available in JCR profiles along with descriptive information about open access and author contributions.
The session will end with practical examples and a series of live questions and answers.
