Mission of the Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University Library
The library’s mission is to improve the quality of the services it provides, to support the educational process in training competitive specialists with technical education, and to assist the University’s scientific research by using modern information technologies.
Our library offers a wide range of services for both students and graduates of our university. These include recommended reading lists that are convenient for writing theses and graduation projects, methodological guidelines for diploma design, rules for compiling bibliographic lists, request forms for various services, instructions for selecting journals for publishing scientific papers, information about author registration systems, lists of journals for publications, as well as useful links.
The Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University Library has been operating since 1953 — and continues to improve every year!
