Abstract: Dissertations are an important contribution to the development of scientific knowledge, as they represent original research aimed at solving current scientific problems. They often contain results that never make it into scientific journals, as well as more detailed methodologies, which undoubtedly serve as a unique resource for young researchers just beginning their scientific work, as well as for research supervisors. The ProQuest™ Dissertations & Theses Citation Index includes more than 6 million abstracts of dissertations and theses from over 65 countries. During the webinar, we will look at how to use this database and how to make the dissertations of your institution available in the full-text database ProQuest™ Dissertations & Theses Global, which serves as the foundation for the ProQuest™ Dissertations & Theses Citation Index. We will also address questions submitted in the webinar registration forms.
